Important Notes:

The Core Plan does not include on-site server or user support. This plan includes remote support only.

The Success Plan does include on-site support, 8am-6pm EST | Monday-Sunday. This includes all support, including disaster recovery. 

The Amplify Plan includes 24/7 remote support, 24/7 on-site support, and all IT Project labor.

The emergency response fee would only be applicable on Core and Success Plans for immediate same-day emergency response.

 

Billing:

Annual agreement with monthly billing for the amount defined per user plus any additional solutions and applicable taxes. Payment will be due upon the first of the month with a 15-day grace period.
